Shipping and Returns

NOXR products are fulfilled on demand through our European production partner network.

Shipping For orders within Europe, delivery is typically 4–5 business days from the date your order is placed. Depending on the product and destination, some orders may be fulfilled from outside your region, with an estimated delivery of 5–10 business days. The delivery estimate shown at checkout is the final reference for your order.

We ship to the countries available at checkout. If your country isn't listed, shipping is currently unavailable.

Returns & EU Right of Withdrawal If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@noxr.se with your name, order number, and a statement of your decision to withdraw. Return shipping is at your cost. Once we receive the item in its original condition, a full refund will be issued within 14 days.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Outside the EU, we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing. Please refer to the size guide before ordering.
