Return & Refund Policy

All NOXR products are produced on demand through a third-party fulfillment partner once an order is placed.

EU Right of Withdrawal If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at info@noxr.se with your name, order number, and a statement of your decision to withdraw. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Outside the EU For customers outside the EU, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or preference. Please refer to our size guide before ordering.
